University can be a fun but also stressful experience. Whether it be navigating studies, family, new friendships, work, or moving out, sometimes juggling all these different areas of life can lead to feeling burnt out.

We created Managing Emotion with the aim of supporting your mental wellbeing while journeying through university life, with a focus on the process of emotion regulation.
