  • Here in Module 2, we discuss emotions in the body, and how changing our attention can help regulate our emotions.

  • At the end of this module, you will have the option to download a worksheet designed to help apply the content you have just learnt to your own life.

    • Everyone may also be at different stages when it comes to understanding their emotions and how best to respond to them in a situation.
