Welcome back!

  • In Module 3, we will be exploring how the way we appraise a given situation can influence our experience of emotion.

  • You will then have the option to download the Module 3 worksheet designed to help apply the content you have just learnt to your own life.

  • In the previous module’s worksheet (Module 2), the multiple choice answer was (d) which linked to Part 2.3 & 2.4. We hope that you found the worksheet helpful.

    • Remember that attention training requires practice, and can take many tries before it is found useful. There are also many different types of relaxation and meditation exercises that are out there (e.g. Headspace, Smiling Mind). Find one that you feel comfortable learning, and try giving them a go during the week to see if it helps with managing the emotions running through your day 😊
